Email Notifications

Get notified by email whenever someone submits a form.

Setting up notifications

  1. Go to your form in the WebStadia dashboard
  2. Click Settings or the gear icon
  3. Under Report To, enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated)
  4. Click Save

What the email includes

Each notification email contains:

  • Submitter name — Extracted from name, firstName, or full_name fields
  • Submitter email — Extracted from email or emailAddress fields
  • Submission time — When the form was submitted
  • Form name — The name of your form
  • All form data — Every field and value from the submission
  • Dashboard link — Quick link to view all submissions

Multiple recipients

You can send notifications to multiple email addresses by separating them with commas:

alice@example.com, bob@example.com, charlie@example.com

Each recipient receives their own copy of the notification.

Tips

  • Use a team email alias (like team@example.com) to notify your whole team
  • Check your spam folder if you're not receiving notifications
  • All submissions are also stored in the dashboard, even if email delivery fails
